What does The Friends do?
- encourages interest in, and the conservation of, the Reserve;
- provides a focus for volunteers and supporters to get involved in the running and development of the Reserve;
- works to improve Reserve habitat and facilities, and to enhance visitor enjoyment;
- raises money to help fund priority projects on the Reserve;
- promotes and supports the Voluntary Warden Scheme;
- organises a substantial voluntary contribution to reserve management.
